Black Dog Smokery is run by husband and wife Iain and Louise Murray-Clarke in Royal Wootton Bassett in the beautiful county of Wiltshire. We produce high quality traditionally cured and smoked meat and fish, along with pates, pickles and chutney to compliment them.
At Black Dog Smokery we focus on sourcing from, and supporting local farms in Wiltshire and the surrounding counties of Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire.
This ensures we use only the best raw ingredients, to produce a quality end result from free range rare breeds.
All our meats are cured, using our own recipe, dried, and smoked in our Wiltshire smokehouse. We insist that quality is not compromised and source our suppliers carefully, collecting and receiving deliveries direct from the farm as required, building strong links with our suppliers wherever we can.
