Once you have placed an order, we will inform you of when to expect your delivery, as some items are smoked to order to ensure good shelf life. We will always aim to dispatch within 3 working days. In the unlikely event that we’re unable to fulfil your order and dispatch within 3 working days, we’ll be in touch with you directly to discuss alternative plans. If we’re unable to supply what you want, when you want it, we’ll refund your account within 24 hours.
We don’t dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays other than for local deliveries. We handle all our local deliveries, but all other deliveries are handled by an independent courier, therefore we cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery which fall outside of our control, including industrial action and subsequent disruption to service. We will keep you informed so that you are aware of the situation and know when to expect delays.
All of our products are vacuum packed and either boxed or packed in to delivery pouches with “Woolcool” Insulation and ice strips which will keep your order in perfect chilled condition for up to 72 hours from the point of packing
We are sure you will be satisfied with our smoked products, friendly and efficient service. We have sourced some excellent packaging to ensure that your order arrives in the best possible condition. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not absolutely satisfied with your Black Dog Smokery products, please let us know within 30 days and we will either exchange or refund your choice.
